BSL - Formerly WCW
The Bureau of Correctional Enterprises, under oversight by the Division of Adult Institutions, now operates Badger State Logistics (BSL). The purpose of BSL is to have one agency business of warehousing and trucking that serves as logistic support for the DOC and offers a large array of products to all other state agencies, including the University system, at reasonable contract prices. It was created through the merger of the Waupun Central Warehouse (WCW) and BSI's Industries Distribution Center (IDC). BSL provides trucking support for all agency requirements, including the delivery of laundry to all DAI facilities.
